Deposits and Withdrawals

For winnings from bonuses, the specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal (see clause 4).
3.3 Transaction Cancellation and Disputes
A deposit that has been successfully processed cannot be cancelled. A withdrawal request may be cancelled before it is processed. Any disputes regarding a transaction must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.
glory reserves the right to recover any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error or system failure.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
glory Casino offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed.
4.2 General Terms for Promotional Bonuses
The following general terms apply to all active promotions at glory (weekly deposit festival, cricket winning joy, Friday reload special, etc.):
- Another promotion cannot be claimed at the same time as an active one.
- Each promotion requires a minimum deposit amount of ৳500.
- The account must be fully verified to claim a bonus.
- Bonuses are usable only in approved games or betting sections.
- Each bonus has a specific validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If any misuse of the bonus system is detected — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, or coordinated betting — glory reserves the right to suspend the account, cancel the bonus, and forfeit related winnings.

Gaming and Betting Rules
5.1 Casino Game Rules

5.2 Sports Betting Rules
glory sets specific cutoff times for accepting bets on cricket, football, and other sports. Bets placed after a match has started may not be accepted by glory.
If a match is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, the outcome of that bet will be determined according to glory's betting rules. In general, the original stake for a cancelled match is returned.
